ICRCICN - 2018

2018 Fourth International Conference on Research in Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (ICRCICN 2018) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all major areas and interdisciplinary areas of computational intelligence, communication systems, computer networks and soft computing to share their experience, and exchange and cross-fertilize their ideas. ICRCICN 2018 will be held at the cultural city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It is organized by the Department of Information Technology, RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata to cater the creation of intelligent solutions in future. It is expected that researchers will bring new prospects for collaboration across disciplines and gain idea facilitating novel breakthrough. The conference will provide an exceptional platform to the researchers to meet and discuss the utmost solutions, scientific results and methods in solving challenging problems with people that are actively involved in these evergreen fields. The 2-day conference commencing from 22nd November 2018, will feature prominent keynote speakers, tutorials, panel discussions and workshops. ICRCICN 2018 will no doubt be proven to be exciting and educative. ICRCICN 2018 will include presentations of contributed papers by invited keynote speakers. Original and unpublished research papers are invited on the following tracks but not limited to:

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript (maximum 6 pages) follows the standard camera-ready format (standard format, double column, 10-point font). Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. The paper should not contain page numbers.

The ICRCICN organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers. Moreover, ICRCICN doesn't encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

The authors are requested not to prefix their credentials i.e. Dr., Prof., HOD, Mr., Ms., Mrs., Scholar, etc. in authors' name.

Submission Instructions
The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format. Submission should be done through EasyChair Conference management portal.

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICRCICN 2018 Conference Proceedings. One author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate. All accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified surrogate.

Considering the convenience of attending the daily proceedings of the conference, delegates are advised to book their stay near by Salt Lake. This is approximately 15 Kms. driving distance from the Airport (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport [CCU]).

Person travelling by train can avail Sealdah Railway Station (SDAH), as the nearest option from the Conference venue (5 Kms.), however Howrah Railway Station is also an alternative (10 Kms.) for the people travelling from different parts of the country.
